1. Agreement to Terms
When you use “we travelling” or book a trip with us, you accept these Terms & Conditions. Yes, even if you didn’t read them—but we promise to keep things both fair and fun (and minimal legal jargon).
2. Who Can Join
Anyone 18 or older with a sense of adventure is welcome! By registering and booking, you confirm you’re old enough for this wild ride and aren’t banned from group selfies.
3. Booking & Payments
To reserve your spot, just fill our legendary sign-up form and pay the trip fees as outlined. Prices and trip details are subject to change if the universe surprises us—but we’ll always give you notice.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Life happens! If you need to cancel, contact ASAP. Refunds depend on how close your cancellation is to the trip date—check our cancellation policy for details. Random snack emergencies may not count (sorry).
5. Group Conduct
We’re all about good times, kindness, and memes—but everyone must respect fellow travelers, guides, local customs, and wildlife (including goats). Bad vibes, disruptive behavior, or breaking local laws are grounds for early removal (with no ‘Most Embarrassing Exit’ badge).
6. Changes to Trips
We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries, hotels, and group activities for safety, quality, or truly random events (rain, missed buses, unscheduled goat encounters). We’ll do our best to keep everything awesome.
7. Liability
Travel and new friendships come with some risks. “we travelling” and its partners are not responsible for lost items, personal injury, misadventures with selfie sticks, or unpredictable snack shortages. Get travel insurance to cover life’s curveballs!
